Orix HF Plus
High frequency intraoral radiographic device
Orix HF Plus is a high-frequency X-ray generator designed by Ardet for intraoral dental radiology.
This device offers user-friendly operation, high-quality performance, and extended durability.
1. High-Frequency Technology
Orix HF Plus utilizes high-frequency technology with constant potential (DC) to ensure shorter exposures and a significant dose reduction for the patient.
2. Universal voltage input
Orix HF Plus is designed to operate in any situation, from 100 to 240 V. The device automatically detects the electrical power, ensuring safe and proper operation with any voltage.
3. Maximum accuracy and excellent image quality
With an ultra-fine focal spot of 0.4 mm, this generator produces superior images, whether using films, phosphor plates, or digital sensors. Details are sharp and defined, facilitating the identification of pathologies.
4. Extensive adjustment options
Users can choose from a wide range of predefined anatomical settings or operate in free mode, customizing each technical parameter to their liking, including tube voltage (60, 65, or 70 kV) and exposure time (0.01-2 sec).
Built to offer immediate operability, attention to design makes Orix HF Plus a practical and modern device. The radiation beam delimiting system provides a 20 cm focus-skin distance and is incorporated into the structure of the tubehead assembly, enhancing the system's compactness and facilitating rapid and safe diagnosis.
- Double pantograph and extension arm made of extruded aluminium ensure stable and robust positioning during image acquisition.
- Extension arms available in lengths of 50 and 90 cm.
- Compact and lightweight generator.
- Manual remote control with 3-meter spiral cable.
- Quick and easy installation system.
For impeccable results, the display provides a detailed view of exposure parameters, errors, and warning messages. The intuitive icon design on the timer allows users to adjust exposure parameters based on patient size, tooth type, and selected image receptor, modify exposure time for digital or film receptor, and choose from different tube voltages.
Orix HF Plus is offered in various configurations to adapt seamlessly to the professional's work environment, from the wall-mounted version for permanent installation to the mobile stand version, ideal for use in different rooms, to the fixed stand version suitable for particularly challenging installation situations.
Rectangular collimators measuring 20 x 30 mm or 30 x 40 mm.
The use of a rectangular collimator not only reduces patient radiation dose by up to two-thirds but also reduces the amount of scattered X-rays.
