Orix HF Advantage
High frequency intraoral radiographic device
Orix HF Advantage, developed by Ardet is a state-of-the-art device for intraoral dental radiology.
This machine is distinguished by its intuitive interface, excellent performance quality and remarkable longevity
1. High Frequency
Orix HF Advantage’s constant potential (DC) high frequency technology ensures reduced exposure time and significant dose reduction for patients.
2. Wide supply voltage range
Orix HF Advantage is designed to work in any situation, from 100 to 240 V. The device automatically detects the input voltage, ensuring safe and correct operation regardless of the mains voltage.
3. Accuracy and image quality
Thanks to its fine focal spot, the Orix HF Advantage is able to produce quality images, regardless of the type of media used: films, phosphor plates or digital sensors. The details are sharp and well defined, making it easier to diagnose pathologies.
4. Wide range of adjustments
Orix HF Advantage offers the user the possibility to choose from a wide range of predefined anatomical settings or to operate in free mode, customizing every single technical parameter according to your needs, including tube tension (60, 65 or 70 kV) and exposure time (0.01-2 sec)
Orix HF Advantage is designed to be immediately operational, with a design that combines functionality and contemporary style. The radiation beam delimiting system, integrated directly into the structure of the radiological head, provides a focus-to-skin distance of 20 cm. This feature improves the compactness of the system and facilitates a quick and safe diagnosis.
- Dual pantograph and extension arm in extruded aluminium to ensure stable and robust positioning during image acquisition.
- Extension arms available in 50 and 90 cm lengths.
- Compact and lightweight generator.
- Manual remote control with 3 meters spiral cable.
- Quick and easy installation system.
For flawless results, the display provides a detailed view of exposure parameters, errors and warning messages. The intuitive design of the icons on the timer allows the user to adjust the exposure parameters according to the patient size, tooth type and image receptor selected, change the exposure time of the digital or film receptor and choose between different voltages to the tube
Orix HF Advantage is offered in different variants to adapt optimally to the working environment of the professional, from the wall version for a permanent installation to the mobile tripod, ideal for use in different rooms, up to the fixed stand suitable for particularly difficult installation situations.
Rectangular collimators with dimensions 20 x 30 mm or 30 x 40 mm
The use of a rectangular collimator not only reduces the dose of rays to the patient by up to two thirds, but also the amount of scattered X-rays.
Compatible with all image receptors available on the market, Orix HF Plus achieves optimal performance with videoradiographic sensors or photostimulable phosphor systems from Ardet.
